Free 30-Day Returns:

At Safety Downunder, we strive to ensure that our products exceed your expectations. However, we understand that there might be occasions where our products might not meet your needs. In such instances, we offer a free 30-day return policy for our footwear and clothing items. 

 

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your items. The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery. 

  2. All returned footwear must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. All tags and labels should be attached to the products.

  3. All un-decorated (non-embroidered, non-screen printed) garments returned to us must be in its original packaging and condition and not show any signs of wear. Refunds or exchanges are subject to product inspection upon return.

  4. Any item returned without the original packaging, labels or appears used will not be accepted for a return or exchange. This will be at our judgement and discretion only.

  5. Please wrap the shoe box in a bag so you can place the label on the outside, make sure you do not place any labels or stickers directly on the box. Returns will not be accepted if stickers are stuck directly on any product packaging as all returns need to be received in re-sellable condition.

  6. Safety Downunder Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to and restocking fee may be applied.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is covered by us, but the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

Process for Returns

  1. Please email us at sales@safetydownunder.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. 

  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items. 

  3. Pack your items securely, including the order number and a copy of the original packaging slip, if possible. 

  4. Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your local postal service point.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving your returned items, our team will inspect them for compliance with out return conditions. Once approved, we will process the refund or exchange. 

  1. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return. 

  2. If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this when initiating your return. The replacement item will be sent to you within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned product. 

Sale items:

Please note that sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular items. The refund amount will be the price paid at the time of purchase.
