Do you provide international delivery?

Unfortunately, Safety Downunder only ships within Australia.

How do you ship your orders?

All orders are delivered through Australia Post E-Parcel Standard Delivery with the option to upgrade to Express Shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We pride ourselves with fast service and dispatch same day for orders received between Monday-Friday before 11am. Any orders placed on the weekend/public holiday or weekdays after 11am will be dispatched the following business day.

The below estimates are based on Australia Post Standard e-Parcel recent delivery performance and do not take into account any current desruptions that may cause delay. We strongly recommend selecting Express Post at checkout if you would like to receive a speedy delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once we dispatch your order, you will recieve an Australia Post E-Parcel tracking number.

Do you provide a tax invoice?

Yes, we are an Australian company registered for GST. We will send you a tax invoice with the goods.

Do all your safety footwear meet the Occupational Protective Footwear standards?

All safety footwear sold through Safety Downunder are certified to meet safety footwear standards. This indicates that our products undergo an annual review of manufacturing and quality control processes based on technical documentation. This is to monitor each brand's ability to consistently produce products in compliance to occupational protective footwear specifications.

You may check within the individual product pages under product features for the footwear's certification. You may also find this information on the footwear's tongue and/or product tags.
